Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and process safety events, including pre-marketing, post-marketing, medical device, and drug-related incidents.
• Conduct hands-on review of individual case safety reports (ICSR).
• Perform literature review to identify safety information from abstracts and full articles.
• Generate data listings from safety databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Complete adverse event follow-up and provide written or phone-based communication as required.
• Support the development of Safety Management Plans and post-marketing safety activities.
• Liaise with investigational sites, sponsors, and other relevant parties regarding safety issues.
• Attend project team meetings and teleconferences, presenting safety processes as needed.
• Assist with signal detection, risk management activities, and safety report generation.
• Ensure consistency of plans with client contracts and propose solutions for procedural issues.
• Support audits and inspections as required.

Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.
• Hands-on experience with individual case safety reports (ICSR).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
