- Experience: 15 to 25 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA department, ensuring all processes comply with GMP and industry regulations.
- Oversee quality systems including Change Control, CAPA, and Regulatory Audits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality from development to production.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of CDMO operations and a hands-on approach to managing QA processes.
2. Quality Control (QC) Head
- Qualification: MSc (Organic Chemistry) / M Pharmacy
- Experience: 15 to 25 years
- Location: Hyderabad (Sangareddy)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QC department, overseeing raw material analysis, finished product testing, and stability studies.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards in all laboratory operations.
- Manage method validation, method transfer, and stability testing for products.
- Oversee a team of QC analysts and technicians, providing guidance to ensure accurate results.
- Experience with HPLC, GC, and FTIR instruments is essential.
