Job Roles and Responsibilities
Department: Research & Development – Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities for API projects.
- Work on the synthesis and characterization of organic compounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Document experimental procedures and results accurately.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Degree: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals (3-5 years)
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis.
- Experience with analytical techniques like HPLC, NMR, and IR.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
