Global Calcium, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of L&D/HR Executive or Sr Executive at their Hosur location. If you have a background in pharma QA and experience in handling GMP training, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Qualification and Experience:

• Qualification: Candidates must have a background in pharma QA.
• Experience: 3-4 years in handling GMP training.

Key Responsibilities:

As an L&D/HR Executive or Sr Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing Training Activities: You will manage and monitor GMP training activities, ensuring that all training initiatives are planned and executed effectively.
2. Training Documentation: Ensure 100% documentation of all training activities as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
3. Developing Training Modules: Capable of developing comprehensive training modules and assessments to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
4. Audit and Inspection Support: Support and face audits and inspections related to training activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
