Job Responsibilities

As an IPQA Fresher at Gland Pharma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the drug products manufactured at the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Line Clearance: Overseeing the line clearance for dispensing, compounding, filling, visual inspection, AQL performance, labeling, and packaging processes.
• In-Process Checks: Performing in-process quality checks during compounding, filling, labeling, packing, and serialization activities.
• Compliance: Ensuring all activities are in compliance with the instructions mentioned in the BPCR (Batch Production Control Records) and adhering to the required specifications.

This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about quality assurance in the pharmaceutical sector and want to contribute to the production of high-quality drug products.

Qualification Requirements

• Education: Candidates must possess either:
  • MSc in a relevant discipline
  • B Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
  • M Pharma (Master of Pharmacy)
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. No prior work experience is necessary, but knowledge of quality assurance processes in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
