Job Role: Trainee Medical Coder

Location: Hyderabad
CTC: 25K per month
Position: Trainee Medical Coder
Qualification: Life Sciences or Paramedical courses (such as B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, Nursing, etc.)
Certification: CPC certification is mandatory
Experience: Freshers
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Coding: Accurately code medical records and procedures using standard coding systems like CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS.
• Documentation: Ensure that all medical records and patient information are coded correctly for billing and reporting purposes.
• Compliance: Adhere to industry standards and guidelines for medical coding to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to clarify coding issues and ensure accurate documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Life Sciences or Paramedical courses, including B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, Nursing, etc.
• Certification: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, along with good communication skills in English.
