Position: Assistant Professor – Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis. The candidate should have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or a related field.

Experience:

• 0 to 5 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
• A strong publication record and experience with research grants are desirable but not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.
• Ability to develop, organize, and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions.
• Commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance teaching, research, and administrative duties.
• Proficiency in the use of modern teaching methods and educational technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Professor at Manwatkar College of Pharmacy, you will be expected to:

• Develop and deliver lectures on Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis topics.
• Organize and conduct practical sessions and laboratory exercises for students.
• Guide students in research projects and assist them in academic development.
• Actively engage in research activities, publish research papers, and seek research funding.
