Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Technology Transfer (TT) team, selected candidates will:

• Coordinate technology transfer documentation with R&D teams and customers.
• Prepare process GAP assessments, Technology Transfer plans, and SAP BOM.
• Conduct process risk assessments and initiate Change Control activities.
• Oversee QMS-related activities, including deviation, OOS, OOT reviews, and investigations.
• Monitor technology transfer submission batches during execution.
• Support regulatory compliance for US, EU, and other international markets.
• Ensure preparation and review of key reports such as SOPs, validation protocols, and process verification.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
• Experience:
  • Officer: 2–4 years
  • Executive: 5–8 years
• Skills Required:
  • Hands-on experience in Technology Transfer (PDL/MS&T) and documentation.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS systems.
  • Exposure to topical dosage forms is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of change control, batch records, bulk hold time, and regulatory documentation.
