Key Responsibilities
Production
- Supervision of autoclave, aseptic area, batch manufacturing, and skid-based operations
- Handling and troubleshooting of equipment for granulation, coating, and compression
- Documentation of BMR/BPR and online batch execution
Quality Assurance
- Handling change control, CAPA, deviation, and investigation
- Audit management and equipment validation
- Online review of process validation reports
Quality Control
- Operating HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and other instruments
- Handling QMS-related activities and online documentation
- Exposure to software like Empower 3, SAP, and LIMS
Microbiology
- Media preparation, sterility testing, BET, and environmental monitoring
- Handling of advanced microbiological equipment like Vitek 2
Engineering
- Maintenance and calibration of PLC and SCADA-based systems
- Troubleshooting automation and instrumentation issues
