Job Role and Responsibilities

Role: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting Clinical Trials: Oversee Phase 1–4 clinical trials to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Patient Management: Recruit, screen, and monitor participants throughout the study.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of all clinical trial activities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and NDCT Rule 2019.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams to ensure smooth study execution.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Education:
  • B. Pharma / M. Pharma / Pharma.D
  • Diploma in Clinical Research
  • MSc. in Clinical Research
  • Any Life Sciences background with relevant expertise.
• Experience:
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in clinical trials/operations.
• Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and NDCT Rule 2019.
