Job Summar: We seek a Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI and a keen interest in Research and Development and PV Case Processing. This role involves supporting various projects that leverage AI technologies to enhance our processes and contribute to the admission of innovation and excellence. CE

Key Responsibilities of Trainee – Junior Data Analyst

Business/ Customer:

• Minimal Customer interaction under guidance.

• Understand domain Process/sub-process, functions, and terminologies (such as SOP and QC checklists).
• For PV/Complaints Management, Individuals in this role enter data received from Source documents into the respective Clinical/Safety database. While performing this activity, the associate is responsible for meeting turnaround times and accuracy.

  • Understand domainn Processsub-processs, functions, and terminologies (such as SO  and  QC checklists).

CODING:

(same as SPE)

• Perform coding activities on the assigned project with timelines and efficiency.

• Import uncoded terms in the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform.

• Query Man” g”ment.

• Creat” “e” Term Reque”t” and prioritize.

•  Perform Dictionary versioning activity as and when required.

CDM:

• Limited to study conduct activities.

• Data review and Query management are done with assistance.

• Limited email conversations with the Client.

• Every activity requires Peer QC by the supervisor or allocated seniors.

• NO INVOLVEMENT in Setup and Migration activities.

• Limited involvement of data pad locking activities during timelines of DataBase locks.

Project / Process:

• Handles the first-level processing of assigned transactions, and C ocomplexproblems (procedures/processes) are referred to the supervisor or line manager.

• Adhere to quality requirements and achieve targets/volumes in given TAT(Around time).

• Adhere to the mandatory industry regulation and compliance requirements for the given process.

Knowledge Management:

• Understand various document templates and sstanSOP, Such as SSOPs, to interpret the documents & related terminologies.

People/Team Management:

• • Adhere to organisational hygiene and compliance needs regarding Time sheet submission, Assimilation, & Attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Generative AI technologies in various projects.
• Assist in the development and optimization of AI models to improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues.
• Conducted data analysis and generated reports to support decision-making processes.
• Participate in the validation and testing of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI processes and methodologies.
• Assisted in the documentation of AI projects, including requirements design and testing.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and suggest improvements.
• Engage in research and development activities to explore new AI technologies and applications.
• Support PV Case Processing by leveraging AI to streamline and enhance data management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all AI-related activities.
• Provide training and support to team members on using AI tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications.
• Demonstrate experience in data analysis and model optimization.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• I have a keen interest in research and development and PV case processing.
• Display substantial documentation and reporting skills.
• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in AI technologies.

Certifications Required: Certified AI Practitioner Data Science Certification or equivalent.
