Key Responsibilities:

Statistical Programming:

• Develop and execute statistical programs using SAS or equivalent software.
• Generate and validate tables, listings, figures, and derived datasets (ADaM/SDTM).
• Provide statistical inputs on SAP, Mock Shells, Tables, Listings, Figures, and other statistical programming deliverables.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with project management to meet timelines and maintain quality standards.
• Define and capture metrics for monitoring productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong analytical and programming skills using SAS.
• Knowledge of R is an added advantage.
• Experience in DSUR, PSUR, publications, and exploratory analyses is beneficial.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff.

Compliance and Quality:

• Adhere to SOPs and Good Programming Practices (GPP).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GCP, ICH-E3, ICH-E9).
• Maintain high standards of quality and timeline adherence.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in statistical programming and/or design and analysis of clinical trials.
• Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
