Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing
Study Site Management
- Coordinate study conduct and documentation at the clinical trial site.
- Assist the Principal Investigator (PI) with patient screening and enrollment.
- Ensure that clinical procedures are in strict compliance with study protocols.
Communication & Documentation
- Liaise with Ethics Committees for updates and amendments.
- Maintain the Trial Master File and manage communication with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
- Document and report Adverse Events (AE) and Serious Adverse Events (SAE) to appropriate stakeholders.
Data Handling
- Perform data entry in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Assist in the timely completion of study-related forms and ensure audit readiness.
Qualifications: Are You the Right Fit?
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a Diploma/MSc in Clinical Research.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a clinical research or regulatory affairs role.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
