The role is a full-time, office-based position offering an excellent start in the world of clinical operations and regulatory compliance. Candidates with 0.6 to 1 year of experience in clinical trials, GCP, or related research will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Clinical Trial Execution

• Conduct feasibility assessments and assist in regulatory and budget submissions.
• Coordinate subject screening, recruitment, and informed consent in accordance with IRB guidelines.
• Schedule visits, manage sample collection, and report adverse events as per regulatory timelines.

Data and Site Management

• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and source data.
• Ensure correct and timely entry in electronic data capture systems.
• Prepare and support audit readiness for sponsor monitoring visits.
• Archive essential documents and assist with study close-out procedures.

Regulatory & Ethical Compliance

• Adhere strictly to clinical protocols, GCP (ICH E6), FDA CFR 21, NDCT 2019, and local ethics guidelines.
• Coordinate with sponsors, Principal Investigators (PIs), Ethics Committee (EC), and site teams to ensure smooth trial operations.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in clinical research or GCP-compliant environment
