Job Description
Department: Large Molecule Lab
Qualification: BE Biotech / M.Sc Biotech
Experience: 0-4 years
Join us and be part of our dynamic team in the Large Molecule Lab. As an Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Method Development and Validation: Perform method development, method validation, and study sample analysis.
- Cell Based Assays: Passaging of cells and performing cell-based assays.
- Ligand Binding Assay: Perform ELISA and other Ligand Binding Assays according to study protocol guidelines and/or SOPs.
- Reagent Preparation: Preparation of required reagents and solutions.
- Documentation: Completion of documentation as required by protocol and SOP.
- Equipment Handling: Handling and operation of Microplate Reader, Microplate Washer, Biosafety cabinet, CO2 incubator, Liquid Nitrogen canister, and other instruments and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Follow and implement a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable regulations.
- MSD Bridging Assay: Perform MSD bridging assay.
