Cipla is looking for experienced professionals in Production, Packing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to join their Goa team. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates passionate about making a positive impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

Available Positions and Job Specifications

1. OSD Production

Role: Production (Tablet, Capsule, and Ointment Manufacturing)
Qualifications: D Pharm, DME, DEE, BSc
Experience Required: 1-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage machines in Tablet, Capsule, and Ointment production.
• Ensure the effective functioning of equipment for smooth production operations.

2. Sterile Production

Role: Sterile Production (Injectable Manufacturing)
Qualifications: D Pharm, DME, DEE, BSc
Experience Required: 1-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized machinery such as FFS, BFS, autoclaves, and sterilizers.
• Handle equipment including Bosch and Groninger filling and sealing machines for ampoule and vial production.

3. OSD & Sterile Packing

Role: Packing (OSD & Sterile Manufacturing)
Qualifications: D Pharm, DME, DEE, BSc
Experience Required: 1-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Oversee packaging lines for OSD and sterile products, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

4. Quality Assurance (QA) – Officer

Role: QA (OSD & Sterile)
Qualifications: B Pharm, M Pharm
Experience Required: 2-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Perform IPQA, validation, and QMS in the OSD and sterile manufacturing processes.
• Maintain stringent quality protocols to meet regulatory standards.

5. Quality Control (QC) – Officer

Role: QC (OSD & Sterile)
Qualifications: BSc, MSc
Experience Required: 2-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and analysis using HPLC, LIMS, and other laboratory procedures.
• Focus on safety and validation of samples, including in-process, PM/RM/FG samples.

6. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer

Role: Safety/EHS
Qualifications: Diploma/B.E in Chemical Engineering, BSc, MSc in Environmental Science + ADIS
Experience Required: 4-10 years

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance within the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
• Manage safety protocols, work permits, emergency management, and process safety.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates should have experience in pharma manufacturing with regulatory bodies like USFDA, MHRA, or EU.
• Bring the following documents for the walk-in interview:
  • Updated resume
  • Qualification certificates and marksheets
  • Current company appointment letter, latest increment letter, last 3 months’ pay slips
  • PAN and Aadhar cards
  • Three passport-sized photographs

Note: Local candidates are preferred, and apprentices with more than six months of relevant experience are also eligible.
