Walk-In Interview Details

Open Positions:

1. OSD Production – Operator
   • Location: Goa
   • Qualifications: D Pharm, DME, DEE, BSc
   • Experience: 1-5 years in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Pellets, Capsule Filling, or Topical filling machine operations.
   • Role Description:
     • Operate and maintain equipment for various stages of production, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.
     • Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve quality targets.
     • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
2. OSD & Sterile Packing – Operator
   • Location: Goa
   • Qualifications: D Pharm, DME, DEE, BSc
   • Experience: 1-5 years in Blister, Cartonator, Container, Topical, Labelling, Bottle, Filling & Counting machine operations.
   • Role Description:
     • Responsible for the packing operations of sterile and non-sterile products.
     • Ensure that all packing processes meet the required quality and safety standards.
     • Operate and monitor packing machinery, making adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency.
3. Sterile Production – Operator
   • Location: Goa
   • Qualifications: D Pharm, DME, DEE, BSc
   • Experience: 1-5 years in FFS, BFS, Autoclave, Steam Sterilizers (Fedegari), Filling & Sealing machine (Bosch & Groninger), Ampoule & Vial Filling, Injectable manufacturing.
   • Role Description:
     • Operate and maintain equipment for sterile production, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
     • Manage the sterile production process, from filling to sealing, to ensure product integrity.
     • Conduct routine checks and maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
4. Sterile Quality Assurance – Officer
   • Location: Goa
   • Qualifications: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy
   • Experience: 2-5 years in IPQA, Validation, QMS, and EMQA sections.
   • Role Description:
     • Oversee quality assurance processes for sterile production, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
     • Perform in-process quality assurance checks and validations to maintain product quality.
     • Manage quality management systems (QMS) and environmental monitoring in alignment with industry regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Industry Experience: Candidates must have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in organizations approved by regulatory bodies such as USFDA, MHRA, EU, and others.
• Documentation: Candidates should bring the following:
  • Updated resume
  • Photocopies of relevant qualification certificates and marksheets
  • Current company appointment letter, latest increment letter, and last 3 months’ pay slips
  • PAN card and Aadhar card
  • Three passport-size photographs

Note: Apprentices with more than 6 months of relevant experience are also eligible.
