Responsibilities

• Assign appropriate medical codes for diagnoses and procedures based on documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to clarify coding requirements.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated with industry changes and coding guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.) or MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior knowledge of medical coding is a plus.
• Certification: AAPC or AHIMA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
