Open Positions

Pharmacovigilance – Medical Information Call Center (MICC)

Designation: Call Handler – MICC
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Education Qualification: BPharma / MPharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound medical information or safety-related calls.
• Document all calls accurately in compliance with pharmacovigilance standards.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Quality Control (QC) – Pharmacovigilance Literature

Designation: QC Reviewer – Literature Screening
Experience Required: 4–7 years
Education Qualification: BPharma / MPharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate literature screening and case processing activities.
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable pharmacovigilance guidelines.
• Maintain high accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Background:

Candidates with the following educational qualifications will be considered:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharma)
• Master of Pharmacy (MPharma)

These courses generally include:
