Job Role & Responsibilities

BE is hiring professionals for Production and Engineering roles. Candidates will play an essential role in manufacturing, operations, and maintenance within regulated environments.

Production Department

• Blending: Perform formulation activities, operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP/SIP skids
• Filling: Operate vial washing, tunnel sterilizer, filling, and capping machines
• Packing & Labelling: Handle vial labelling, batch coding, and Track & Trace compliance

Engineering Department

• Process Equipment: Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance of vial washing machines, filling lines, capping systems, lyophilizers, jacketed vessels, etc.
• Instrumentation: Conduct calibration, manage BMS, PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and AMC support

Eligibility / Qualifications

• For Production: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Sc., Diploma, ITI
• For Engineering: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields)
• Experience: Relevant experience in pharma/biotech production or engineering preferred
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of GMP, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom practices (for production)
  • Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills (for engineering)
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (USFDA, WHO, EU standards)

Relevant courses: Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation.
