1. Engineering Roles

Engineering & Maintenance

Expertise in RPHPL, Centrifuge, Fermentor, Isolator, Lyophilizer

Equipment handling for vial cartridges, PFS filling systems

Utility systems & electrical maintenance

Engineering QMS management

Instrumentation & Automation

Experience in RPHPLC Column, Autoclaves, Tank Automation

Skilled in PLC, SCADA, HMI systems

Hands-on with HVAC, BMS/EMS systems

Engineering QMS exposure

2. Manufacturing Roles

Biologics Production: Upstream & Downstream

Handling biosimilar manufacturing processes

Knowledge of fermentation, cell culture, and purification

Aseptic Manufacturing

Expertise with isolators, filling machines, and sterilization (autoclaves) Compliance with cGMP and aseptic guidelines

MES & Digitization

Electronic MBR design and testing

Involvement in digital transformation projects related to manufacturing operations

Who Can Apply – Required Qualifications

Biocon Biologics is hiring candidates with qualifications in the following disciplines:

• Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences)
• Engineering Streams: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, Diploma in relevant fields

Experience Criteria

• Minimum: 2 years
• Maximum: 14 years
• Freshers are not eligible for this drive.
