Key Responsibilities

Pharmacovigilance Operations

• Manage global pharmacovigilance systems and SOPs.
• Oversee global safety database and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Supervise safety data exchange agreements (SDEAs).
• Interact with global PV vendors and partners for data integrity.

Compliance & Audits

• Lead internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Take ownership of CAPAs and ensure global regulatory compliance.
• Monitor compliance with local and international PV regulations.

Systems & Training

• Act as PV systems SME for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead automation projects and technical enhancements.
• Conduct companywide Pharmacovigilance training programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Oversee vendor activities and ensure seamless CRO operations.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Sc Life Sciences, or related healthcare discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance with at least 9 years in PV operations and systems.

Preferred Skills

• Strong foundation in drug safety, clinical development, and post-marketing PV.
• Excellent knowledge of GVP, GCP, ICH, and global PV regulations.
• Skilled in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Access).
• Strong communication, project management, and vendor oversight capabilities.
