Job Overview: QA Executive (Injectable Qualification)

As a QA Executive at BDR Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our injectable products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain strict quality control.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of QA Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the quality assurance of injectable products to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Conducting regular internal audits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring that all products meet the required standards of sterility, purity, and safety.
• Collaborating with the production and R&D teams to resolve any quality issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Reviewing and approving batch production records and other quality-related documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for any quality-related deviations.
• Leading qualification activities for injectable products and ensuring that equipment and processes are validated.

This role is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for the position of QA Executive (Injectable Qualification), candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • A Bachelor’s (B.Pharm) or Master’s degree (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience:
  • 4-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on injectables.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality standards for injectable products.
