Job Role and Responsibilities

Position: IPQA (QA) Officer/Executive

  • Location: Baska, Halol, Gujarat
  • Department: Quality Assurance (Injectable Plant)
  • Experience Required: 2-5 years in IPQA within an injectable manufacturing setting

As an IPQA Officer/Executive at BDR Pharmaceuticals, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards across production processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Online Line Clearance: Ensuring compliance and readiness for production runs by verifying that each stage meets regulatory and safety standards.
  • In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Activities: Conducting routine quality checks during production to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packing Record (BPR) Verification: Reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy and completeness in line with GMP standards.
  • Sampling and Testing: Coordinating sampling activities to monitor batch consistency and quality.
  • In-Process Checks for Packing Area: Overseeing packing processes to ensure finished products meet established quality parameters.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: B Pharmacy or M Pharmacy
  • Industry Experience: 2-5 years of IPQA experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, specifically in injectable plants.
  • Skills: Knowledge of GMP, attention to detail, and familiarity with quality control procedures in injectable manufacturing.

This role requires candidates who are meticulous, possess a strong understanding of quality standards, and can effectively coordinate across production and quality teams.
