Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor chemical reactions with minimal supervision.
• Work on named reactions and reaction mechanisms in organic synthesis.
• Utilize spectroscopic techniques such as Proton NMR, H_N_NMR, and Mass Spectrometry.
• Conduct lab validation experiments and compile development reports.
• Ensure adherence to GLP documentation, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in impurity profiling and in-process controls.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of organic chemistry principles.
• Ability to conduct independent research experiments.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and documentation
