Synthesis R&D:

• Open Positions: Research Associate/Senior Research Associate
• Qualification: MSc. in Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry
• Experience: 2-7 years
• Work Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
• Responsibilities:
  • Execute chemical reactions to synthesize target molecules/compounds.
  • Set up and conduct reactions efficiently.
  • Ensure workplace safety through good laboratory practices.
  • Maintain records, data integrity, and adhere to IP specifications.
  • Purify compounds and interpret them using analytical techniques like NMR and LCMS.
  • Document experiments in Electronic Lab Notebooks.

Peptide Synthesis:

• Open Positions: Research Associate/Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist
• Qualification: MSc. in Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry
• Experience: 1-10 years
• Work Location: Hyderabad
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform solid phase and solution phase peptide synthesis.
  • Handle diverse resins for peptide synthesis.
  • Conduct peptide modifications such as cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, and stapling.
  • Work on scales ranging from mg to gm.
  • Characterize peptides using techniques like LCMS, HPLC, and NMR.
  • Experience in peptide purification and handling automated peptide synthesizers is desirable.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
