We are looking for talented individuals with an M.Sc. in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry to join our team as Senior Research Associates and Associate Scientists.

Synthesis R&D Positions
Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Research Associate in Synthesis R&D, you will be responsible for:
- Executing chemical reactions to synthesize required quantities of molecules/compounds as per client specifications.
- Setting up and executing reactions for the synthesis of target molecules/compounds.
- Ensuring safety at work through enforcement of good laboratory practices.
- Maintaining records, data integrity, and IP specifications.
- Purification of compounds and their interpretation using analytical techniques like NMR, LCMS.
- Writing and maintaining Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry.
- Experience: 4-8 years in Synthesis R&D.
- Skills: Proficiency in synthesis techniques, data integrity, and safety protocols.
Peptide Synthesis Positions
Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Research Associate or Associate Scientist in Peptide Synthesis, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling solid phase and solution phase peptide synthesis.
- Using diverse resins for peptide synthesis.
- Working on peptide modification techniques (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, derivatization).
- Characterizing peptides using LCMS, HPLC, and NMR.
- Operating automated peptide synthesizers.
- Purifying peptides and solving synthesis-related problems independently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry.
- Experience: 4-10 years in Peptide Synthesis.
- Skills: Knowledge of peptide synthesis, characterization, and problem-solving abilities.
