Job Role and Responsibilities
As an apprentice at Gland Pharma, you will gain valuable experience in various departments such as Production and Packing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Production Support: Assisting in the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Packing Assistance: Helping with the packing of pharmaceutical products, adhering to industry standards.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
Key Qualifications
To be eligible for the Gland Pharma Apprenticeship under the National Apprentice Promotion Scheme, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: ITI, Diploma, or Degree (B.Sc Chemistry, B.Com, or BA).
- Graduation Year: Candidates from 2022, 2023, and 2024 batches are eligible to apply.
- Eligibility: Candidates should not be enrolled under ESI & PF.
- Required Documents: Candidates must bring their resumes, Xerox copies of all educational certificates, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank account details (passbook and canceled check), and passport-size photos to the interview.
