We are currently hiring for the position of IPR Executive for our Pharma/API Department. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for professionals looking to advance their career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description and Responsibilities

As an IPR Executive in our Pharma/API Department, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting literature searches for patent and non-patent literature.
2. Preparing API Landscape reports by analyzing literature using various databases (both free and paid).
3. Preparing Freedom to Operate (FTO) reports for in-house API/KSM and outsourced KSM’s.
4. Preparing polymorph/Salt reports for in-house API and suggesting non-infringing polymorph/Salt for in-house API.
5. Preparing Patentability reports for In-house API/KSM.
6. Drafting and filing Patent applications in various countries.
7. Monitoring and responding to office actions of various countries.
8. Preparing Invalidation Reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• MSc Organic Chemistry
