Designation: Trainee Research Associate / Research Associate

Experience: 0-3 years

Qualification: MSc in Organic Chemistry or related discipline from a reputed university

Location: Greater Noida (Ecotech-11)

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• The candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments, analysing data, and developing new chemicals product and process.
• Prepared detailed report and documentation of experimental procedures, results, and conclusion.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in scaling up process from laboratory to production scale while ensuring consistency and quality

Required Skills and Competencies

Agnitio Pharma is looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Organic Chemistry Expertise:
  Strong knowledge in basic and advanced organic chemistry, including functional group conversion and multi-step synthesis.
• Analytical Techniques:
  Familiarity with TLC, column purification, NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry is essential. Basic knowledge of retrosynthetic analysis is desirable.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and structure-drawing software like ChemDraw or ISIS.
