Position Overview: Warehouse Head – Sr. Manager, AGM, DGM

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Aculife is looking for dynamic and experienced individuals to lead the Warehouse team, overseeing critical aspects of warehousing, distribution, and compliance. This is a strategic role that requires effective management of logistics, inventory, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical distribution regulations, including State Licensing and the Drug Supply Chain Security Act.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to update SOPs and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the handling and storage of materials, ensuring that rejected or expired products are managed properly.

2. Inventory and Storage Management

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials based on the production schedule.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and manage inventory discrepancies, ensuring timely reporting to higher authorities.

3. Vendor and Transport Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely delivery of materials.
• Work with Customer Service to address and fulfill customer needs efficiently.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and warehouse operations.
• Manage MIS reports and maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes.

5. Audit and Compliance Management

• Manage internal and external audits, including regulatory, customer, and internal quality audits.
• Oversee deviation management, risk assessment, and documentation updates in collaboration with Quality Assurance.

6. Safety and Training

• Promote a safe working environment by ensuring regular safety training, including the proper use of equipment like forklifts and ladders.
• Implement weekly safety checks and conduct training sessions with staff to maintain a secure warehouse environment.
