Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional coding experience (CPC-A’s need not apply).
• Coders must meet and maintain a 95% coding accuracy rate.
• Experience in HCC coding / Risk Adjustment coding with health plans and Medicare Medicaid.
• AHIMA certified credentials (RHIT, CCS) or AAPC certified credentials (CPC, COC, CIC, or CRC).

Job Responsibilities:

As an HCC Coder, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and coding diagnostic information in a patient’s medical record.
• Adhering to client-specific guidelines for the project.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all coding activities.
