Responsibilities:

At Fidelity Health Services, our Drug Safety Executive Training is responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:

1. Tracking compliance of Pharmacovigilance (PV) training for PV staff and basic PV training for non-PV staff as required.
2. Assisting new hires in onboarding, preparing their induction training plan, curriculum vitae (CV), job description (JD), and other formalities.
3. Maintaining all training-related trackers, archival data, and reconciling training data and other documentation as applicable within SharePoint.
4. Managing access activation and deactivation of user access, along with other exit formalities.
5. Setting up or assisting in setting up relevant meetings with trainers for the completion of induction trainings and other essential training programs.
6. Providing status updates for day-to-day tasks and ensuring work quality.
7. Collaborating with other teams as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance. Freshers with a passion for PV can also apply.

Education Qualifications:

• UG: B. Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc or other science allied fields
• PG: Relevant post-graduate degrees are a plus
