Educational Qualification: M Tech / MSc or similar qualifications in Biotechnology/ Cell Biology/ Biomedical Sciences/Life Sciences

Experience: 2-6 Years

Technical/functional Skills:

Design and perform recombinant DNA techniques like PCR, RT-PCR, Cloning techniques like Ligation based cloning, recombination based cloning, shRNA cloning, Sub cloning Site directed mutagenesis
Sanger sequence data analysis
Genomic DNA/RNA isolation techniques
Knowledge of software like Vector NTI/Geneious/ SnapGene
Diligent documentation skills and experience writing detailed E-.Lab/Lab Notebooks
Co-ordinate work with other functions / departments to achieve project objectives
