BECIL, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, invites applications from Indian nationals for the following contractual positions for deployment in Central Medical Services Society (CMSS).

Position: Junior Pharmacist (06 Positions)

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification:

• Diploma in Pharmacy / B. Pharma degree from a reputed university / Institute recognized by Pharmacy Council of India.

Experience:

• Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience for D. Pharma holders.
• Minimum 01 year post-qualification experience for B. Pharma holders in Pharmaceutical store/warehouse/distribution functions.
• Experience in good Storage & Distribution Practices in accordance with GMP regulations.
• Exposure to handling regulatory audits on store/warehouse/distribution functions of Pharmaceutical organizations in accordance with GMP regulation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of the local language is desirable.
• Relaxation in age & experience will be considered in exceptional cases.
• Candidates retiring from Central Govt/PSUs may apply up to the age of 65.

Age: Below 50 years on the date of employment

• Minimum wages for Graduates and above

Selection Criteria

1. Selection will be made as per prescribed norms and job requirements.
2. Preference will be given to local candidates and those already working in the same/similar department.
3. No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests/document verification/personal interaction/joining duty on selection, etc.

2. Visit the BECIL website and click on the ‘Careers Section,’ then click ‘Registration Form (Online).’
3. Read the terms and conditions carefully before applying and making an online payment of the fee.
4. The registration fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstance. Ensure your eligibility (age, qualification, experience) before applying.
5. Candidates will be informed via email/telephone for their Skill Tests/Interview/Interaction.
6. Review your application forms carefully before final submission. BECIL will not accept requests for changes to information submitted.
7. Only shortlisted candidates based on eligibility criteria will be called for the skill test/selection process. Provide complete educational qualification and work experience details in the online application form.

1. The PI reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for an interview based on qualifications and experience exceeding the minimum requirements.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Candidates must apply online through the official website at www.becil.com or https://becilregistration.in. No other method of application will be accepted. Before starting the registration process, make sure you have scanned images of your Photo, Signature, Birth Certificate/10th Certificate, and Caste Certificate. The file size of these scanned images should not exceed 100kb. If you wish to apply for multiple posts under the same advertisement, you only need to register once. The application fee will vary based on the number of posts applied for.
2. You must have a valid personal e-mail ID. If you don’t have one, create a new E-mail ID before applying online.
3. Go to the BECIL website at www.becil.com or https://becilregistration.in and click on the “Career” link.
4. Follow the registration process, which involves seven steps:
   • Step 1: Select the Advertisement Number.
   • Step 2: Enter Basic Details.
   • Step 3: Enter Education Details/Work Experience.
   • Step 4: Upload scanned Photo, Signature, Birth Certificate/10th Certificate, and Caste Certificate.
   • Step 5: Review your Application or Make Modifications.
   • Step 6: Make Payment Online (via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
   • Step 7: Email your scanned documents to the Email ID mentioned on the last page of the application form.
5. You must upload scanned copies of your passport color photo and signature. The size of these scanned copies should be within 100kb, and they should be in jpg/.pdf format.
6. Only online payment of registration and application processing fees (non-refundable) is accepted. No other payment methods such as Demand Drafts, Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Orders, Pay Orders, Banker’s Cheque, or postal stamps will be accepted.

Category-wise registration and application processing fees are as follows:

• General: Rs. 885/- (Rs. 590/- extra for every additional post applied)
• OBC: Rs. 885/- (Rs. 590/- extra for every additional post applied)
• SC/ST: Rs. 531/- (Rs. 354/- extra for every additional post applied)
• Ex-Serviceman: Rs. 885/- (Rs. 590/- extra for every additional post applied)
• Women: Rs. 885/- (Rs. 590/- extra for every additional post applied)
• EWS/PH: Rs. 531/- (Rs. 354/- extra for every additional post applied)

Please note that bank and payment gateway charges on the above amounts will be borne by the applicant.

8. BECIL is not responsible for any network problems during the submission of online applications.
9. Fill out the application form judiciously based on the BECIL advertisement.
10. All communications will be made via the registered email or mobile number.
11. Providing false information or documents may result in action as per rules, in addition to complaints to local authorities, as deemed necessary by BECIL.
12. Candidates should not make any direct communication with the client.
13. Enter the details in the online application format carefully. A preview will be available for modification before the final submission of the application. After submission, no modifications will be allowed, and fees once paid will not be refunded.
