Role Overview:
As an Associate Clinical Data Manager at Fortrea, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Data Manager (LDM) on various studies, ensuring data quality and adherence to protocols and GCP standards. Your role involves data review, query management, documentation, and coordination with internal and external teams to deliver quality data for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the LDM on study milestones and timelines.
- Perform data operational tasks including data review and query management.
- Maintain data management documentation and perform quality checks.
- Coordinate with study teams for data-related information and deliverables.
- Assist in database lock and unlock activities and post-data management tasks.
Education/Qualifications:
- University/college degree (life sciences, health sciences, information technology or related subjects preferred).
- Experience and/or education plus relevant work experience, equating to a bachelor’s degree will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Minimum Required:
- 8 to 10 years of DM experience.
- Experience in handling customer concerns and experience with managing Scope of Work and budgets is preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical trial process, DM, clinical operations, biometrics, and system applications to support operations.
- Time management skill and ability to adhere to project productivity metrics and timelines.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers.
- Good organizational ability, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team working skills and good collaborator skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of science or a scientific background is preferred.
