About the Role:

As a Safety Reporting Admin (Client Embedded), you will provide essential administrative support to the Pharmacovigilance department. Your responsibilities will include handling safety report submissions, tracking, filing, archiving, and assisting in various safety reporting tasks. You will also contribute to projects related to safety reporting and may mentor new staff in safety reporting administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit safety reports to relevant parties, both electronically and on paper, following SOPs and WPDs.
• Assist in audit readiness activities, meeting organization, minute taking, and file management.
• Extract and collate reporting information using the Clinical Trial Management System.
• Support department initiatives and train staff on safety reporting processes.
• Coordinate study files and inventories, including distribution to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in life science/healthcare-related courses.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and procedural documents.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
