Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or PDF in Organic, Medicinal Chemistry

Experience Required:

• 2-15 Years in Synthesis R&D

Responsibilities and Skills Required:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide scientific guidance to team members and troubleshoot for effective project delivery.
2. Manage projects efficiently by allocating resources effectively and controlling costs.
3. Finalize project estimates and communicate with clients regarding project details.
4. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
5. Guide the team on advanced analytical techniques for project success.
6. Prepare weekly and final project reports, review lab notebooks, and share final reports with clients.
7. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide training to team members.
8. Conduct regular scientific review meetings and provide leadership to the team.
9. Train team members on documentation, data management, and IP confidentiality.
10. Conduct audits on lab notebook records as per client requirements.
11. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to develop the team’s skills.

Skills Required:

• Strong scientific background in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry.
• Experience in project management and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments.
