Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a member of the Regulatory Affairs team at VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to CDSCO & DCGI.

Responsibilities:

1. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
2. Retention License application of all forms (Form28, Form28D, Form25&Form28E).
3. Document Preparation related to Institutional Sales/Tenders.
4. Obtain Legal documents from DCA, Hyderabad.
5. Grant & renewal of Loan Licenses.
6. Preparation & Submission of Grant & renewal for WHO-GMP certificate (COPP’s).
7. Preparation & Submission of additional products for all forms.
8. Preparation & Submission of Grant & renewal for Test License to DCA.
9. Preparation & Submission of Testing and Manufacturing licenses for Medical Devices to CDSCO.
10. Preparation & Submission for Grant & Renewal of Manufacturing License for Ayurvedic Products.
11. Perform other day-to-day tasks as assigned.
