Job Description

Role

As a Quality Assurance Officer/Executive at Getwell Pharma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspection and Quality Control of IPQA (MFG), Packing area, and Aseptic area.
• Document management, including BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Packing Records), Log Books, Protocols, and their issuance and retrieval.
• Conducting training sessions and managing training records.
• Ensuring audit compliance and supporting audit activities.
• Handling deviations, change controls, market complaints, and conducting mock recalls.
• Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
• Participating in technology transfer processes.

Experience

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance.
• Proficiency in documentation, BMR/BPR, log book maintenance, and protocol management.
• Expertise in training management and audit compliance.

Qualification

• Minimum educational qualifications: MSc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Knowledge of OMS (Operations Management System) Activities.
• Competence in handling change controls, deviations, market complaints, and mock recalls.
• Experience in Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) preparation.
• Familiarity with Technology Transfer processes.
• Equipment qualification, process validation, and cleaning validation experience.
