Detailed Job Description:

Role: Officer/Executive Process Engineering (PED)

Industry Type: Pharmaceuticals

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• BSc. in Chemistry
• MSc. in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Pharma Chemistry
• BE in Chemical Engineering

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Online filling of the BPRS and records and performing jobs related to SAP.
• Operate equipment’s such as reactor, Sparkler Filter, Candle Filters, Centrifuge, and Dryers as per SOP.
• Shift working, including night shifts.
• Perform calculations for heat balance, mass balance, and utility.
• Review and support the preparation of concept notes, modification notes, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), RA (Risk Assessment), PSSR (Pre-start up Safety Review), and DIR (Detailed Investigation Report).
• HAZOP calculations like vent sizing, condenser design, etc.
• Process scale-up calculations.
• Cost saving and process optimization.

Role: Associate/Jr. Officer/Officer/Executive Production API

Qualifications:

• Minimum 60% in the highest education is required for candidates with less than 5 years of experience.
• Candidates who have interviewed within the last year are not eligible for an interview.
