Open Positions:

We are currently seeking dynamic and talented women for the following positions:

1. Production Head
   • Qualification: M.Pharm/MBA
   • Experience (in Yrs): 18-20 Years
2. Production Manager
   • Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/B.Tech-Chem. Engg.
   • Experience (in Yrs): 12-15 Years

Expected Skillset for Production Head:

• Managing production operations of the unit as per the plan.
• Obtaining equipment qualification required to start production.
• Implementing world-class practices using tools like TPM, TQM, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in working with automated plants with at least 80% automation level, including integrated lines, Cobots, Robots, AMRI’s, ASRS, etc.
• Faced USFDA/MHRA audits or similar customer audits in the food industry.
• Ensuring manufacturing activities are carried out as per the production plan in coordination with CFT departments (SCM, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering).
• Handling written procedures and other documents, including amendments.
• Training operators and other personnel working in the manufacturing area regarding equipment operation, cleaning procedures, and personnel hygiene.
• Experience with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory audits, ensuring no critical and major observations.
• Handling change controls, CAPA’s, Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), deviations, incidents, and market compliant investigations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.

Qualification and Experience for Production Manager:

• B.Pharm/B.Tech-Chem. Engg.
• 12-15 years of experience
• Similar to Production Head, this role also requires experience in handling internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory audits.
