Aragen Life Sciences is looking for qualified candidates to join the Project Management team for its Formulation and Analytical Solutions Business Units in Hyderabad.

Role:

As a Project Manager at Aragen Life Sciences, you will play a vital role in project management, ensuring efficient delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve delivery efficiency through project management.
• Provide inputs for enhancing project management support.
• Review the project plan and ensure it aligns with customer expectations and requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments for process, cost, and timeline estimation, ensuring all required information is gathered.
• Promptly report any deviations related to timelines, cost, or processes to the reporting manager.
• Identify and assess potential project risks, promptly communicating them to the reporting manager.
• Ensure the timely shipment of final compounds to clients.
• Participate in teleconferences with clients and scientific teams, sharing action items.
• Contribute to the development, mentoring, and coaching of team members.
• Recognize top performers through various rewards and recognition programs.
