Job Description
As a Medical Scribe at OG Healthcare, you will be responsible for real-time medical documentation assistance to US doctors. This role requires working in night shifts due to the real-time nature of the job. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting doctors by managing their medical documentation requirements.
- Maintaining real-time bi-directional connectivity into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Using technology, such as smart glasses or mobile phones, to transmit patient visit videos to remote scribes for updating the EHR in real-time.
- Responding to doctor queries and sending patient information as required.
Stipendiary Training
The training process at OG Healthcare is designed to equip you with the skills needed for the role:
- Phase I Classroom Training: You will receive free training for 30 shifts.
- Phase II Training: Upon successfully completing the CRT training, you will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000 from the 2nd month.
- Phase III Training: After successfully completing Phase II, you will become a Production-Ready Scribe, transitioning to an ’employee’ status. You will earn Rs. 25,000 per month during this phase.
Career Progression
On completing the OG Healthcare Medical Scribe training program (ScribePlusTM) and meeting the criteria to be a Doctor Approved scribe, you’ll qualify to provide scribing services independently for your assigned physician. This will earn you a monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000 per month.
