Position: Officer to Executive – Manufacturing (OSD)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Qualification Required: B.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 6 years in a regulated OSD manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Manufacturing (OSD) team, selected candidates will be responsible for:
Operating and managing critical equipment such as RMG, FBE, FETTE, Autocoaters, and Bottle Packing Line with integrated Track and Trace Systems.
Performing granulation, coating, compression, bottle packing, and capsulation activities as per cGMP standards.
Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining documentation compliance for regulatory audits.
Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and quality expectations.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and controlled environment in line with EHS guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must possess a B.Pharm degree with 2 to 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing at a regulated facility.
Practical exposure to equipment such as RMG, FBE, FETTE, Autocoaters, and Bottle Packing Lines with track and trace systems is essential.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and production best practices.
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset will be an advantage.
