Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Qualification Required: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry

Experience: 4 to 7 years in Synthesis Research & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute various chemical reactions efficiently to synthesize target molecules and compounds in line with client specifications and project needs.
• Set up, monitor, and manage chemical reactions for the preparation of target compounds using modern synthetic techniques and methodologies.
• Strictly adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain comprehensive records of experimental details in an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), ensuring data integrity and IP compliance.
• Perform purification of synthesized compounds and analyze their structure and purity using advanced analytical techniques such as NMR, LCMS, HPLC
• Effectively interpret analytical data for confirmation of chemical structures and ensure high purity standards in line with project objectives.

Skills & Competencies Required:

In-depth knowledge and practical skills in Organic Synthesis techniques.

Experience in handling sophisticated instruments for purification and analytical characterization (NMR, LCMS).

Familiarity with Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) for maintaining precise and accurate experimental records.

Strong understanding of Data Integrity (DI) and Intellectual Property (IP) considerations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
