These roles are ideal for skilled candidates with qualifications in M.Sc., M.Pharm, or Ph.D. and relevant experience in synthetic or medicinal chemistry.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: M.Sc. / M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in the field of synthetic or medicinal chemistry, preferably within the pharmaceutical, CRO, or biopharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities:
For Synthetic Chemistry Scientist:
- Design and execute multi-step synthetic routes for target molecules.
- Develop new synthetic methodologies and optimize existing protocols.
- Purify, characterize, and analyze chemical compounds using analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, and LC-MS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in drug discovery projects.
For Medicinal Chemistry Scientist:
- Design and synthesize new chemical entities (NCEs) as potential drug candidates.
- Analyze structure-activity relationships (SAR) to optimize biological activity.
- Contribute to hit-to-lead and lead optimization programs.
- Interpret biological data in collaboration with biologists and pharmacologists
