 Job Title: In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Officer

Educational Qualifications Required

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
• Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)

Experience Required

• Minimum: 3 years
• Maximum: 6 years
• Required expertise in:
  • External preparations
  • Ointments
  • Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
  • In-process QA activities

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Packaging QA Support

• Track batches for process validation, packing validation, and hold time study.
• Issue timely and accurate line clearance for manufacturing, packaging, dispensing, and coding activities.

In-Process Monitoring & Documentation

• Perform online in-process checks and log entries in SAP.
• Submit various samples (SFG, FG, validation, regulatory, hold time, R&D, micro) to respective departments.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure GMP compliance on the shop floor and identify deviations in real-time.
• Maintain and review BPRs, logbooks, preventive maintenance, calibration records, cleaning logs, and quarantine registers.
• Issue and review executed batch records for both manufacturing and packing.
• Verify online finished goods before BSR transfer.
