Hetero is actively hiring freshers for multiple positions in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and Engineering departments. These roles are ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their professional journey with one of the industry’s leading organization

1. Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA)

Qualification Required: 

M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, Applied, Analytical, Pharmaceutical, or Physical Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality testing and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain batch records and SOPs
• Support audits and process improvements

2. Production

Qualification Required: B.Sc. in Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Maintain GMP standards in production activities
• Perform in-process checks and documentation
• Follow safety and quality protocols

3. Engineering / Maintenance

Qualification Required: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fitter trades

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and utilities
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance
• Support production teams with equipment readiness
• Maintain documentation for audits and inspections

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers who graduated in 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts at Mydarshad (Medak district)
