Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate or Executive in the Analytical Research Division at Micro Labs, you will:
- Must have Rich experience in method development on HPLC/GC for Drug Substances, KSMs and Intermediate stages.
- Experience with peptide molecules will be preferable.
- Good knowledge of conducting forced degradation and mass balance studies.
- Independently troubleshoot day-to-day analytical and instrumental issues.
- Experience on monograph evaluation and equivalency studies.
- Knowledge and experience of HPLC/GC method validation as per ICH guideline requirements.
- Knowledge of preparing standard test procedures/ validation protocols/operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Education: M.Sc. in Organic or Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience: 2-8 years of hands-on experience in HPLC/GC method development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC/GC techniques and method validation.
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with peptide molecules is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
